Birthdays and a Sketch Challenge

Over this last year I have struggled with keeping up with birthday and various other celebrations. This particular belated birthday card will be making its way to my nephew "E" who I don't get to see nearly often enough. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY "E" sorry it's a little late. I have submitted this card in # MFTWSC490 with My Favorite Thing s.  The colorful card below was delivered to a friend and classmate of our son.  I try to get him to make the cards when it comes to his friends birthdays but he insists that I do it yet requires his approval before it can be delivered. This one made the cut and was received with a smile.  Products used for the two shown cards include:   MFT Spotlight Sentiments ,   Taylored Expressions Simple Strips Birthda y &  Taylored Expressions Blender Brushes . Inks include the following Distress Oxides: Hickory Smoke, Stormy Sky, Spiced Marmalade and Ripe Persimmon.

It's Graduation Season!

We all know that Graduation for our seniors this year is different. Many grads are not getting the traditional school recognition ceremonies or able to hold celebrations with their extended families.  It's an important event and I feel it's more important this year to be sure that we take the time to recognize their achievements and years of hard work.  The stamp set used in the above noted card is from Colorado Craft Company LL234- Graduation .  The tag applied to the front of the card is a Silhouette Studio Cutting File #179395 Class of Tag by Jamie Cripps.
